Accidentally opened prepaid
What do I do if I accidentally opened a prepaid account today, and currently already have an active plan with my parents? Funds haven’t been paid since I haven’t received the SIM card, but I do not need this service, is there anyway to cancel before I get charged?

How exactly did you open a prepaid account? Unless you got charged when you placed the order, you won’t get charged until you activate the SIM card. So as noted above, just don’t activate the SIM card.

Your prepaid account isn't open until you activate a SIM card and pay for service. I don't know what you've ordered but you've not actually opened a prepaid account.
