8gb bonus data not working.

Hey there @e523, let's look into your extra data together. 

You can check your available prepaid data by dialing *777# on your, where you'll get a text with your prepaid data balance and usage. You can also check your normal and bonus data online by following these steps: 

1. Go to att.com/myprepaid.
2. Go to Account History.
3. Choose start and end dates, up to 30 days at a time. 
4. Select a History Type.
5. Select Submit or Export to PDF. 

This will let you know for sure if you're getting the extra data, and if you're using it. Please share the results with us here, so we can look into this further.
