Why did AT&T lock my phone?
I've had my phone for well over 1 year. It us to be a Metro PC that I've had unlocked & used on att
for well over a year. One day it just come on & said networked locked no SIM so I put my sim in another phone for well 2 weeks now I want my J3 prime backlpa

ATT did not lock your phone, I don’t think there is anything they can do for you. Sounds like something has gone bad with your phone. Have you tried power cycling?
