We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later.

Is the ATT system down or is this the default error message? I've been trying to update the IMEI for my phone after moving my sim card from my broken phone to a backup, but no matter what I do it keeps giving me this error message. I do not have a landline or any other working phones, this prepaid plan is my only line of communication, I have no way to call the support line or otherwise get help.

Hi @presentface,

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to help with getting your SIM properly updated with your device.

To better understand what is going on, please let us know if you are having trouble connecting your new device to the AT&T network with your old SIM card, in which case, this may be due to a SIM card incompatibility. in this case you can either get a new SIM card at an AT&T store or order one online.

If you are experiencing this error while trying to update your IMEI in your account profile, please let us know so we can manually provision this for you.

Please also let us know the specific device you are using if the above suggestion does not work for you.

We hope hope to hear from you soon.
