Let's look into those SIM card short codes together, @S1bone3S.
Please share the type of device that you have and if you have PREPAID or Postpaid services. This will help us determine which steps we will use for that specific device or service. *123# is a new and unified USSD code for Smart, TNT, and Sun Cellular, with whom we are not affiliated with. In the meantime, you can access our activation portal to get started. Just click the blue box on the left and enter your phone number.
Next, you can activate your SIM and eSIM card with this resource. Many devices use a physical SIM card that comes with your new device. It often has the SIM card inserted. If you use a different SIM, you might not be able to access our wireless network or take advantage of all network features. If your SIM isn’t already inserted, learn how to put it in. Go to Device Support.
Please share the result with us. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
