Unlocking phone

Unlock code was sent over a month ago and is still inaccessible. I need to cancel the code so i can resubmit the request.

When you say the code is inaccessible, are you saying you received the confirmation email after your request was approved? If so, please let us know what device you're using, so we can check to see the unlock instructions for your specific phone. If you never received the confirmation email, please let us know.

 

If you did however, then the unlock request shouldn't still be pending. We look forward to your response!
