Unlock ATT Pre-paid phone with at least 6 months active service

I submitted a request to unlock my pre-paid phone and says it hasn't been at leaset 6 months of active service. How do I find out how long my phone has been on active pre-paid service so I know how much time I have left before I can officially unlock it?
