Unable to enter Activation code received from ATT

Hi,

          I am unable to enter activation code received from ATT. 

 

I followed the exact procedure as mentioend but couldn't get the Unlock code request from the device. 

 

Phone- Alcael 4052r.

Thank you for reaching out. here's things to know about unlocking your device through AT&T. was it on an AT&T postpaid plan for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance or on an AT&T AT&T prepaid plan for six months? If it meets that and the other requirements listed in the preceding link, then follow the instructions listed there to unlock your device.
