Unable to do calls and use internet

Phone: Samsung Note 20 ultra SM-N986B/DS

IMIE and sim card's ICCID already activated on the website and loaded with a 30 $ plan already.

Why can't I make calls or use internet services. Can't even activate voicemail

I had the same issue. I got it fixed by visiting an ATT store and getting a new sim card. The original sim card that came in the mail was most likely corrupted.

In case you need more background, I activitated my service and ported in a number from t-mo. Had trouble activating service so I called CR. The guy tried different fixes: power cycling multiple times, setting up a different APN, etc, but was only able to get SMS working. I couldn't make/receive phone calls and couldn't use mobile data. I kept getting a message to "sign into the network", but when clicking on it, it would only lead to the activation page which I already did. I also checked the port-in status and made sure it was completed. Nothing was working until I got a new sim card. I have an unlocked SGS 20 5G (compatible with ATT network) and I'm on the $30 prepaid plan.
