Switch my postpaid number to prepaid

I want to Switch my postpaid number to prepaid number . I am trying to call AT & T customer care since last 1 month and yet have not received any response from them .

Please let me know how can I change to prepaid .

The only way to switch within AT&T from prepaid to postpaid or postpaid to prepaid is in an AT&T store. Since stores are only taking customers on an emergency basis, they may not consider this an emergency and may not make the switch for you.

What you can do, is have your number ported to Cricket which can be done entirely online and shipped by mail
