MY SIM IS LOCKED, NEED PUK, AND OF COURSE, ATT CHAT, 611, AND TOLL FREE ARE ALL CLOSED!!! ANY IDEAS?

How to get your PUK code

Log into att.com, and go to Account overview.
If you have more than one account, select wireless from the dropdown at the top.
Select My wireless.
Under MY DEVICES & FEATURES, scroll to and select the device that needs a PUK code.
Select Manage device & features.Under See device options, select Get your PIN unlock key (PUK).
The PUK and instructions for your device display.
Enter the eight-digit PUK code in your device.
Select OK/Yes.
Follow the prompts to create a new PIN code.
