SIM card activation not working



I have bought a 45$ prepaid data plan from AT&T. I inserted the SIM card and went to paygonline.com to activate it. My problem is that I have no connection on the SIM card, so I can't receive the text messages that they send in order to activate the card. Im in Page, Arizona, where there should be fine connection. Because I have been logged in to paygonline.com but not completed the setup, I am now unable to sig in.
