SIM card activated but phone not working
I just got a SIM card for prepaid service and activated it with my old phone number. I ported the number from "tossable digits", and on the ATT site it says the port is "confirmed". But it has been a week and I still can not log in to pay. Originally I ordered the SIM and a year of pre-pay, but I only got charged for the SIM. It is impossible to make a phone call and I can't reach anyone at ATT for help. Can anyone here help me?
