PUK Code issues on AT&T Prepaid sim in iPhone

Hi everyone.

So i am having an issue with my phone due to conflicts. So, according to the manual online to getting a PUK code, you need to sign into att.com/myprepaid. However, the problem is that no matter what password/pin i put in, i get rejected and locked out for an hour. So, i try to reset the password/pin, but it asks for my number. I put it in and it texted the number, but my phone couldn't receive it due to a Locked Sim. I cant get into the account this way, and have no way of getting in. Please help, I am leaving for a trip soon!
