We understand how important it is to stay connected. We are here to help with you with your Prepaid payment, so you can use your service again, @shaquerrionna.

There are many ways to make a payment on your Prepaid account

To pay online:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Under Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account, select Pay.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay and select Continue.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Use sn AT&T Prepaid card:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Scroll to AT&T PREPAID Refill Card and enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card.
  4. Select Continue. You'll see a payment confirmation.

Pay by phone:

  1. At the main menu, say Payment
  2. Select Make a payment.
  3. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For a refill card, you'll enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.

Also, we can use some additonal information.

  • Have you tried processing your payment from a different browser? If not, try that and let us know if you still get the same error.
  • What number can't be found? Are you referring to your phone number that can not be found? If so, please provide us with the date you last had service on your prepaid account.

We look forward to your response to help get this resolved for you.
