Port Issue, Not receiving sms from verizon
Ported my phone yesterday and had problems and took about 30 min on phone with ATT prepaid. Noticed wasn't receiving texts from verizon. Called in spent almost 2hours on phone. They created a ticket and said it would take 5- 8 days. Well just 1 day later ATT called and said higher ups are telling me to call Visible and tell them to check my port profile. Spent over an hour while they checked everything and, of course, said it is ATT. Well, now I have to call again. What a joke. I was told to go to a store at first, so I'm pretty sure this is an ATT issue, but they won't do any research. I have had the same number since 1999. Dont really want to change numbers. I have seen a lot of the same issues on this forum but haven't seen any resolutions.
