Phone keeps restarting
I have an alcatel cingular flip2 device. The phone suddenly kept restarting. I shut it down and restarted and it stays on for 10 sec before restarting again. Is it a memory issue?

Memory is storage. Whatever the problem is the phone is defective it needs to be replaced
