Phone all of a sudden has all these issues

Hi,

I have the Calypso 2 U319AA. I was looking for a "simple" phone. Recently, I cannot get a signal. I'll shut off or restart my phone and all the bars are there. However, as soon as I move the phone or say, go to Facebook, the service drops immediately (one little spec).  Never had a problem w/ it, at work, home anywhere. I've checked my settings, and everything is as it s/b. My wi-fi signal is fair even when it's strong, my service is still the same. My coverage map says 5G.  When I go into settings, under System the icon next to it is a grey circle w/ another circle w/ the letter "i" in it.  I know that is some sort of warning sign. So, I click in system, and it doesn't tell me what it means though. Sometimes the 4GLTG icon is there sometimes it isn't.  Sometimes the GPS icon is there, sometimes it isn't.  I've done a reset, not factory though.

Also, I'll be on the phone and the call just drops. Sometimes I can't call out and when people call me it goes right to v/m. Recently, when a call has dropped, I received an error message saying "Remavido Permanentement". Which means "Permanently Removed".  That concerns me but, I don't know what it pertains to.  Also, why is this in Spanish?

I did call AT & T for help but, unfortunately as everyone knows, they don't know what they're doing. I mentioned one of my issues and he said you need to go into settings and find, blah, blah, blah. I asked if he could guide me thru the steps to get there and he did not know how. I'm not real phone savvy. Hence, why I get this phone.  On the phone for an hour, didn't have a clue. Put me on hold, then just disconnected me.

I know this is a cheap phone. But it would be nice if someone could tell me what is wrong and why.  If it can be fixed or just get another phone.

Thanks for any help,

A frustrated AT & T user

Super difficult to do without the phone in hand. I suggest visiting a local AT&T store. Was the person on the phone able to check to see if there are tower issues in the area?
