Not receiving all calls

My phone won’t send out or receive calls which causes me to have to restart my phone to get it back working only for it to happened again 5 minutes later

Hello, @Micaiah_kay. We understand how important it is to be able to make and receive calls, and we're here to help. 

As you've already attempted to resolve this by powering your device off and on, here are a few other troubleshooting steps we recommend:

  • Turn Airplane Mode on for a few seconds, then off again. This will force a connection to the nearest tower.
  • Close any apps that may be running in the background.
  • Make sure your software is up to date. Visit our device support page and select your device. Under System, look for Software Update where you will find detailed instructions specific to your device. 
  • Confirm you have wireless service. Make sure you have a signal by checking our network coverage map.
  • Use our real-time diagnostic tool for additional, personalized troubleshooting.
