New service - 5G not working on tablet/no data with full bars
Hello,
I recently purchased the new ipad 5th generation and I activated a prepaid service using a sim kit. I noticed that I'm not able to use cellular data even though the data button is activated. I have tried resetting my tablet and reinserting the sim card multiple times. Plus a full bar signal shows that its only 4g available even though I have a 5g tablet and its available in my area. I currently have the 100 GB prepaid data plan. Any help would be appreciated?

Actually I found a resolution by asking customer service to reset the sim card
