Need new phone but I am on the EBB program
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to get a new iPhone and I have a prepaid AT&T account and I also have the EBB program. How do I go about purchasing a new iPhone with having the EBB program on my prepaid account?

You go to a store and buy one. The EBB program ended, perhaps you mean ACP? Regardless, the fact that you are on that program has nothing to do with buying a phone. Prepaid is not eligible for payment plans, if you buy from ATT, you’ll need to buy outright. Consider buying from Apple, they will do a payment plan.

that makes sense it ended b/c my sons AT&T prepaid account was no charge for a while then it went to $10.00 plus tax a month maybe 6+ months ago or so, it used to be about $40 a month before I signed his acct up for the EBB program.
I was just asking because after I signed up for that program it said if we needed a new phone there was something we had to do it get it but I never did it back then. I’m not the best on keeping up on all of this info so I appreciate your help. Thank you guys!
