My unlock code is not working

I've requested my unlock code days ago and later on received it, when i try to unlock my device it says unsuccessful unlock

why are att unlock codes aren't working??

can someone assist me?

We understand how important this is and want to do everything we can to turn your experience around. Please use care during the unlock process as the incorrect entry of the code (usually 5 attempts) permanently disables the unlock ability.

  • What's your device make and model?
  • Do you have a SIM from another carrier?

We suggest you checking out the AT&T Device Unlock Code Instructions for the steps to complete your request. Make sure you have an active non-AT&T SIM inserted then using the instructions choose your make and model to get started.
