My data plan for my tablet stopped working sunday morning, during a lightning storm.

My data plan for my tablet stopped working Sunday morning, during a lightning storm. I've reset it taken the sim card out, everything appears fine but it won't connect. It shows full bars and 4G but AT&T & LTE no longer appear, no ip address & if I set it to lte only it has no radio band either, so I originally thought the tower was hit but I took it to 5 different towers with no luck connecting, so not sure if my sim card got zapped or what...

well I guess it doesn't matter now, y'all cancelled my service and deleted my account do to inactivity, Thanks....

Even if you stop paying for a prepaid plan, you have 60 days until the account is closed. It is illogical to assume that you pay for service, and part way through your prepaid cycle are no longer eligible for service.

That's just it my billing service ran from the 4/1 to 5/1 on 4/12 I lost service at 0549 during a lightning storm on 4/19 I received an email saying my contract has been cancelled either by choice or due to no activity on 4/20 after reading said email I tried logging into my account and couldn't, so I did forgot my password, gave em all the info, no match... So I don't know what you would call it?
