Mobile Hotspot going offline

Mobile Hotspot goes offline, sometimes after 15 minutes, sometimes less than that. Log into hotspot and see it no longer has a WAN IP but still says it is connected to the network, also found under Mobile Settings the Cellular Data is switched off and it will not allow me to switch it back on. Anyone else have this issue?
