Login to webui for Turbo Hotspot 2

I have a AT&T Turbo Hotspot 2 for over a year. I always had access to the webui login, but now when I go to login it states "hotspot.webui’s server IP address could not be found".

Been like this for several days.

Hey John1999 we would be happy to help with your hotspot concerns!

First we would like to advise restarting your device.

This is a common thing with devices that been in service for a while. With all the new network changes and updates that has happens over the years, a quick troubleshoot and update will find a solution. Just go to the fix an issue tab then sign in to run a diagnostics on your device.

I have restarted the hotspot every day and I still can't get the webui login screen to appear on my ATT phone.

I can connect to the internet using the hotspot without any problem.

My wife's phone will not bring up the webui login page as well. It gives the error message: "hotspot.webui’s server IP address could not be found".

Can you access the login page for webui?

Thanks for helping!

The issue is that when using the webui URL http://hotspot.webui/ it does not open the login.

Instead of opening, Chrome gives an error message stating the URL could not be found.

This has nothing to do with the hotspot itself. It has to do with the webui URL not working
