Ipad landing page account didnt renew
So here's my story: last month I used more than 800gbs with one of my unlimited iPad data accounts...I am not sure if this issue has something to do with what is happening right now but I am having an issue with my ipad data account.
beggining this month of april 2020 I renewed my data service for 30 more days of unlimited using the ipad landing page...everything went well with the renewal I was charged $34.99 to my card on file as usual but few minutes later I realized that the internet was not working at all, in the next few days I tried changing the sim card number thinking that could fix my issue but it wouldnt let me it just logged me out Everytime and then showed me the usual error message: we apologize for the issue but att is unable to help you right now blah blah...
The next week I visited an AT&T store but they also were unable to help, they doesn't even have any knowledge about the prepaid iPad data plans which is a shame, when I gave them the account phone number the account showed as as suspended and the amount of $34.99 was showing as -$34.99 but never received a refund or an explanation of why that was happening
Now I can't even access my account anymore so basically I was charged by att for nothing a rip off plus i am losing my unlimited data account and isnt longer available!
can someone here share the correct customer phone number for this type of plans I need to talk to a representative asap and get my account back this is unacceptable I was suppose to still have 15 days of service left but the iPad landing page does not show a number or a way to make a claim if an issue arises

800 gigs would make me suspect you were using your sim card in a dedicated hotspot device, which is against the terms of service.
You can call AT&T and request a refund since the plan never actually worked after you paid for it.
It is being discussed on Reddit among other users that the data connect plans are being terminated for misuse.
