Hello @BILLY22,

Thanks for reaching back out to us. We recommend that you contact Verizon to verify that your cell phone has been unlocked. If it hasn't been unlocked yet, you'll need to contact the seller of your device for further assistance.

Hey there @BILLY22!

Let's look into that unlocked device for you. If you're receiving a notification that the SIM card you're currently using is not a Verizon SIM card, it's likely the device was never unlocked from Verizon.

Please be advised that if a phone is purchased from a non-AT&T authorized dealer or sites like eBay you will want to make sure the seller performs the unlock request.

In this instance, you will have to continue to contact the seller to perform the request. Also, for devices purchased from another provider, the provider should have online resources to unlock the device.

We hope this info helps.
