This is the prepaid section, which doesn't support the Apple Watch. I have no idea how you would get it to work on a work related post paid account. For work related, it could be an account where the company provides the phone and pays for the account, in which case you have to go through your employer. If it is just a FAN account, and you have responsibility for the bill, it may not be too difficult if you have the correct plan.
As lizdance40 mentioned, ATT Prepaid doesn't support the "Cellular" Apple Watch. As for the regular Apple Watch, whether you can use it depends on how tightened down the work phone is.

If you have prepaid you cannot use a cellular watch. But you can buy a Bluetooth only - no service cost involved.
Only postpaid plans can add a cellular connected device and use number sync

Thank you for your inquiry.
PREPAID accounts don't support the use of an Apple Watch.
You will need to open up a postpaid account in order to add an Apple Watch to a data plan.
