I can't connect to at&t network

I have been using the network in this phone for a more than a year and I been having this message since yesterday

We'd like to know more of why your cellphone isn't connecting to the cellular network!

  • Have you tried powering down/restarting your device for wireless connectivity?
  • What device are you currently using at this time?
  • Does the disconnection happen while at home, at work, or in public?
  • Have you checked for available software updates for the the cellphone?

 yes, I tried and still not working

  • What device are you currently using at this time?

OnePlus 6 model A6000

  • Does the disconnection happen while at home, at work, or in public?

I was going to work and I turn the data on to listen music, and I had the problem.

  • Have you checked for available software updates for the the cellphone?

Yes, I check and it has the last version.

Hello, @alflyon,

 

Thank you for that information. Reset your OnePlus. Go into Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth.

Yesterday I tried to connect and it work. I don't know how because I didn't change nothing but, thanks for the help.
