How to use old SIM again after updating device with new SIM

I had a AT&T prepaid SIM and have used several day. I bought new SIM and update device with that SIM.

But I broken new SIM so I tried to use old SIM but show the message "We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later." when update device web page.

When I insert SIM in the phone, SIM was not recognized. (Provisioning error and connection fail error)

Anybody know the solution? Please let me know how to use previous USIM again. .
