As noted above, your account was closed long ago and your SIM card deactivated. You will need a new SIM card which will have a new number. There is no option to get your old number back.

If you had a gophone and did not add money after the plan expired or within 59 days your number is cancelled and recycled if you had a post paid account and the account was cancelled more than 59 days ago unfortunately there is no way to get your number back unless by some chance it hasn't been reassigned
