How can I get a replacement SIM card?

I replaced my old flip phone with a new-to-me one, but need to replace the SIM card because the new one takes a nano sim card. I can't figure out any way to order one one here. There are no stores near me, and the stores would probalbly be closed anyway. I've been without phone service for a week now trying to fix this issue.

Greetings @vegbiker,

We're sorry to hear that the link doesn't work. Feel free to click on this link for a replacement SIM card to order online. Or you can always dial  611 for assistance over the phone for a new SIM.

Well, surprise, I can't dial 611 on a phone without a SIM card. Thanks for the link, but unfortunately the link to get a SIM card for a prepaid plan requires you to sign up for a new plan, which I don't need, I already have a plan. And the link to "Contact you" to get a SIM card has proven to be absolutely useless. I had to order one from a third party, and I am still without phone service because of this. Fail.

Yeah, I already spent and hour and 45 minutes on that phone line. No thanks.
