Help! ATT Data, MMS, confirmation texts not working to phone with Unlimited US/Mexico prepaid plan

Hi, I just received a new Maestro Plus phone from US to replace one that was bad in Mexico where I live. I use a prepaid SIM card with Unlimited US/Mexico plan that is always paid and works for the most part in Maestro phone.  The SIM card works for most functions however I do not have any ATT data on the card working, I cannot send MMS photos with text, and I cannot receive most telephone number confirmation texts for accounts, including some from ATT.

You have come to the right place, @freespirithalf13! Let us help you send MMS text on your phone.

 

Try resolving your experience by enabling cellular data on your Maestro Plus.

  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers.
  2. Next, select the Mobile data icon.

Without cellular data turned on you won't be able to send and receive MMS texts.
