Hello
So, I have here a Iphone 7 plus. It is a US variant, as the technician told me here. I reside here in the Philippines and I cant unlock may iphone because it is AT&T locked and the previous owner has forgotten her icloud acc. So I was wondering if you could help me how can I open this phone and use our local service?

ATT can’t help you with the iCloud lock. Contact Apple for that. To unlock the phone so that you can use it on a local carrier, submit an unlock request here: https://att.com/deviceunlock

Apple won't do anything for you. Only previous owner can remove the iCloud lock.
