Galaxy Note 8 Firmware Hack; Webkit. Incorrect "Network Provider" Numerous issues-
Software updates are not available. Location is always incorrect. Wrong browser. Duplicate apps in settings. Even my *network provider" which is AT&T cellular is incorrect. PREPAID account with AutoPay. Upgrade isn't an option for me and this Note 8 has obviously been hacked. Very concerned about my privacy and security. No easy way out, if any!

Factory reset your phone. And be aware that you should not do a full restore because you may restore the hack.

Phone will not fully factory reset. Need to close AT&T account before phone totally crashes. On AT&T PREPAID with Autopay.
Chrome from Google play also infected phone with malware. I was told this app was required for Samsung browser to work. Samsung and Chrome are separate browsers. Cannot stop or uninstall updates, settings disabled in app resort back to apps settings.
