Device Unlock

Does anyone know the direct phone number for device unlock department?

There is no phone number.  You must use the unlock device portal and your phone must meet the unlocking requirements as noted in the below link.

1) my phone meet the requirements , i bought new prepaid line and new phone paid in cash on June 11, 2021.

2) Unlock device portal keep giving an error message .

3) spent hours on the phone with att customer service and got transferred too many times and still my device didn't get unlocked.

4) looks like someone from att did a mistake an they don't know who can fix it.

5) phone and line purchase order number 23-299390250660066

6) conclusion, att has the worst service in terms of reception and customer service.

One more thing , you need to stop giving wrong answers,.. if you don't know the phone number you don't have to answer the forum; cuz every department has direct phone line that can be reached at.
