I Brought an AT&T prepaid to use in my Xiaomi Redmi note 5, Wich supports up to 5G.
Did everything right to activate it but it says "It's not supported for 2G devices" (clearly not my case).
Can't activate it at all. Wasted 10 dollars.
This is a false advertising.
Need support from the company. I want full refund.

Your device may be 5G but it’s not compatible with ATT’s network. I’m pretty sure no Xiaomi phone is. Sorry but prepaid does not refund.
