When changing your number, here are some things that you need to know:
Fees: A processing fee of $25 to recover operation costs is applied to the customer's account.
Voicemail: The current mailbox is deleted, along with any saved messages and greetings. The customer must set up voicemail again on their new CTN.
Usage and call history: Immediately following the number change, all usage for the old number will no longer be available, so you will want to preserve any desired records prior to changing their number.
