Cannot unlock AT&T Maestro Plus (V350U)

Hello, i am having issues with the Device Unlock app, it crashes upon opening it and i cant unlock my device. I tried clearing cache and data, force stopping the app also downgrading the app and trying it and then reupgrading which did not work. I get this message "Device Unlock keeps stopping" and the software is up-to date on the latest it supports of Android 10.

Hey there @ethan0411, we surely want to help with unlocking your device and provide you with the necessary steps for completing this process. 

 

Since you've provided some troubleshooting steps you've taken, we'd suggest for you to try restarting your device at this time. If that doesn't help, you may need to reset your device

 

Also, we'd recommend for you to attempt to update the device unlock app. From the home screen, select the  Play Store app > Menu icon > My apps & games > select Update next to the desired app or select Update all to download all available app updates. 

 

In the meantime, you'll also need to make sure that your device is eligible for unlock

  • Is an AT&T Prepaid phone that has had paid service for at least six months. You must submit your unlock request using the most recent version of the AT&T Device Unlock app.

Oh, well that (Edited per community guidelines). I haven't ever had AT&T service. Guess i can't use my sim card.
