I just switched over from straight talk to att almost a month now. Since then I have NOT been able to make or receive calls. I called customer care to get this resolve but they are saying their is not anything wrong. But yet I still cannot make a cal. There has been a network reset done. It still isn’t letting anyone call me. And I cannot call att because ummm duh I can’t make a cal and my husband is working. I’m at home with 4 children and 1 who has a serious heart problem. And cannot even make a call if anything comes up. Waste of money.
