Auto renewal plan

I lost the card connected with my auto renewal plan. I don’t have the phone number or anything to login into the account so I can’t stop the auto renewal. Will it just cancel on it own? What can I do?

For additional assistance, please contact our AT&T Prepaid Customer Support at: 800.901.9878 or dial 611 from your AT&T-branded cellphone. Prepaid support is available Every day, 7am - midnight local time.
