I lost my sim card when I spilled water on my phone. My first reaction,when this happened, was to remove my SIM card. I thought that if I put it in my wallet it would be safe and I could replace it & all would work as before. Unfortunately, the SIM card was locked when I tried to reincert it. I now need to order a SIM card for free, with free shipping, but not sure where to call or which at&t forum to use. Please help me! Please message me with answers , thank u!!!!!

We will be happy to help unlock or replace your SIM card.
Before you order a new SIM, simply Sign in to myATT and open My wireless to get your PUK code to unlock the SIM. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device that needs the PUK code, select Manage my device. See under device options select Get you PIN unlock key (PUK).
If you determine SIM card replacement is needed, simply visit and AT&T Store. Or, if you have an AT&T PREPAID phone, order online.
