Alert mobile broadband disconnected!

My Netgear aircard 781s has an alert staying that mobile broadband is disconnected. It won't connect to the internet at all. And the weirdest thing is that in the upper left corner there usually is a thing telling how many bars , att 4g lte etc., That section is all missing.  I'm in an area where the signal is good. Know that's not the problem. Plus I've checked the coverage map an it shows 4g lte. Wondering if the apn settings changed on att's end. I did factory reset but didn't help.

Read tons of posts on here where they are sent to a link to troubleshoot. And apparently the device isn't supported. That just sent me in a loop, neverending. Please help!

Oh and my plan is current, it was just renewed and my account debited yesterday. I'm on the $35 unlimited plan. Also I called att support. The guy was useless.

@caprater1 we can definitely help,

Are you using the Unite Pro AC781S? If so, that is the device we currently support. If your device was purchased outside of our normal channels, you may have a different variation of the device that is not formatted for our network. However, you can use the Troubleshoot and Resolve page that is selected for this model to see if you can get it working.

Let us know how it goes and we can investigate further if needed.

Yes it's that unite model. I've followed the troubleshoot guide. None of those really apply but I read through them all. What should I do to fix it?

In case I can't get it working, is there an at&t modem that has a place to plug in an external antenna? I have a roof top mount Directional yagi. And is the internal antenna very good on it?

I did purchase somewhere else, but it is set for your system. I had service on it for like a year before having this problem.
