Wrong phone sent

Good Evening,

been trying to contact att as I was sent the i phone 8 and not the 8 plus. Clearly a misunderstanding that I want remedied asap please. Thank you

Was the cellphone ordered online, in a AT&T store/Authorized retailer, or 3rd-party? Is the cellphone within the 14 day return/exchange policy? Have sent the device back for a return or exchange?

The phone was ordered online. I’m in Florida and the 14 days is the 15th and the 14th is a federal holiday so no mail. Help!! Why can’t a store help me out. Att is one aren’t they. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
