When I try to upgrade my son's iphone SE why do I get a technical error?
when I try to upgade my son's iphone SE, I go to the upgrade page, and click on his phone which says upgrade eligible...but then I get a technical error, and it says to call the tech support line. When I call it, they say "its a system error" and we can't do anything. What?
Please help me.

This is a customer populated forum, not AT&T support you're going to have to call AT&T and escalate the problem, or go to a corporate store.
