Upgrading

I recently upgraded my phone, but I’m not happy with the new phone. It’s been less than 14 days, can I exchange it for a different phone or am I out of luck? Will I still be upgrade eligible if I return the new phone?

Yes, you can return or exchange as long as you are within the 14 day return period.

You might be required to pay restocking fee if you return it to store.

Watch out, ATT has been adding lines when you upgrade new phones then forcing you to carry that line for $10 to buy the phone. Big Scam.
