Upgrading to a free phone

My blackberry is worn out. It still works but there are number caps missing & the printing is worn off almost all keys. Ive had it for several years. Im eligible for an upgrade does ATT still offer free smart phones as upgrades? I dont want anything really fancy i cant get on the internet with the family plan we have anyway. I know they used ti offer free phones as upgrades.
