Hello @Zeuser,

We're happy to help! To receive a software update for your device, you will need to be connected to the AT&T Network. Since you are currently out of the country, you will not receive the update.

Once you are back in the States, visit our Device Support page for a step-by-step guide on how to update your software. All you need to do is select your device make and model, Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, then click on Software Updates

Let us know if you have any further questions we may assist you with!

Hello @Zeuser,

Thanks for updating us! Another option to have the software updated would be to visiting the Samsung Experience Shop located inside of Best Buy. They would be able to push the software update through for you.
