Update order status

Update order. I ordered phone 2/14.. It showed in progress will ship 2/17-2/19..On 2/19 it only showed order in progress. After speaking to 3 reps and 1 and a half hours later I am told it is backordered and no telling when they will be in the warehouse. I am ready to cancel At&t.. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years.. Clearly AT&T needs to improve customer service.

Hello,

You can visit a local store to pick up same day if time is a concern (check stock online ahead of time att.com). Otherwise your point of contact for a mail order is: “As this was an online order, you'll need to contact the ECommerce department at (Phone number hidden) weekdays from 8am to midnight and on weekends from 8am to 8pm. Or visit att.com/checkmyorder”
