Unlock request after 14day

Looks like you upgraded your device recently so we can't unlock it right now. Submit a new request after the 14-day waiting period ends.

It's been more than 6months and the request is still not accepted for my iPhone.

If so, what is the current status of your device unlock request? Now that the 14-day waiting period has passed, you may need to Submit a new unlock request for your wireless device.
